Born in Japan and having spent 30 years in Melbourne, Akio Nakajima is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of dedicated experience in the hospitality industry, including 11 years as the owner-chef of a Japanese dining restaurant in Melbourne. Through Wayo Japan Melbourne, he combines his deep lifelong knowledge of authentic Japanese craftsmanship with a passion for supporting local Australian businesses through digital transformation (DX) and strategic cross-border trade.
